  • What do I need to bring to an appointment?

    You should provide us with a list of all your skin care products and all current medications that you are taking.

  • Will my medical insurance cover any of the procedures offered at The Refinery?

    The Refinery does not bill medical insurance for our procedures.

  • Do I need to have a clean, bare face when I come to the appointment?

    It is recommended to have a clean face for your appointment. If needed, we can always cleanse your face before the appointment to remove any makeup.
